Returns & Refunds

We stand behind all our products with an industry-exclusive 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange for a return and refund at sales@spiritpeptides.com so that we can issue a return label and you can ship us back the product for a full refund . It’s that simple. Please note emails indicating products were used for human or animal consumption will not be responded to and void our returns and refunds policy.

Products Eligible for Refunds

• A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials).
• Any product that has not been opened or used (does not include discontinued products)

This guarantee applies for 90 days and begins from the day the tracking number confirms delivery. After 90 days, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange – but will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Notes:

All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved in advance – please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an RMA. Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible – usually within 2-3 days of receiving a return.
